We’ve just announced our next game at ID@Xbox on IGN! Everyone at Kaizen Game Works is extremely proud to present Promise Mascot Agency, the world’s first (and best) open world mascot management crime drama.
Michi, a disgraced yakuza lieutenant, is exiled to a cursed town to turn a bankrupt mascot agency into a profitable enterprise. As he struggles in his new life, can he manage to create a successful business and unravel the conspiracy behind his exile? He’s helped by Assistant Manager Pinky, who happens to be a mascot herself.
It’s a hard game to explain in few words – we’ve got crime drama, flying trucks, unknowable beings that have lived among us since time was but a concept, mayoral elections, vloggers, business management and a cat that runs a closed-down train station. Just to name a few things.

Promise Mascot Agency is coming in 2025 to PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X/S, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch and Windows.
